AS THE COMPUTER BUS WINDS UP for its final day next week, today saw the first of four visits to the school where it all started - Sulby.
The day began with Miss Leaton’s Year 5 class continuing their 3D models of Sulby School - an architectural gem in Manx slate opened in 1990 thanks to a generous donation by the late Dr MacDonald of Birmingham Sound Reproducers (BSR) self-changing record deck fame.
In the afternoon Year 6 came on board with Miss Doran for a session on ICT transition into Year 7 - followed by an introduction to spreadsheets - which saw the boys and girls create formulas, use autofill and create graphs as shown in these images. The bus will return tomorrow.
